When we cook the protein in our meals, it loses around 30-40% of water weight, just like when you cook a piece of protein at home at a high temperature.  This makes the protein appear more concentrated in the cooked meal compared to the weight of raw meat. 

We list the protein based on what's actually on your plate, ready to eat. We also use high protein ingredients in the sauces and pasta to help achieve the high protein content and validate this regularly through independent laboratory testing to guarantee our claims are correct.
